A design-led Architectural practice is looking for a Technical Architect to join their friendly team in London


Your new company
A design-led Architectural practice is looking for a Technical Architect to join their dynamic team in London. You will be joining a team of 8 people and will be given a high level of responsibility throughout the process. The team manages smaller and larger scale of projects too while utilising BIM and Revit in their practice. The practice's portfolio includes multi-unit developments, extensions and conversions as well as new built contemporary houses. In addition, the practice prides itself in being an international and national winner of numerous architectural awards for the range of residential, hospitality and commercial projects. Furthermore, the practice manages listed buildings and conservation areas too.

Your new role
In your role as a Technical Architect, you will be covering all the RIBA stages of the process and will work on exciting residential schemes, with the opportunity to work on projects for hospitality brands and boutique schemes. You will be utilising BIM and Revit while going on site, meeting external clients and consultants and working closely with the Director. This is an ideal role for someone who has previous experience in the delivery-end stages and knowledge of Revit and would like to further develop their career.

What you'll need to succeed
A creative and dynamic attitude is essential as well knowledge of UK Building Regulations. You will have an Architectural background with industry work experience as well as previous experience in construction detailing on Residential projects.

Ideally, you will have a knowledge of Revit as well as you will have previously worked on delivery-end stages.
