Hays are delighted to be working with one of Belfast's most established practices in their search for a Senior Project Architect. The practice is based in an attractive part of Belfast and specialise in education, commercial, residential and leisure work. They are BIM operational and have built up an impressive and extensive portfolio of high profile projects. Their flexible approach to the design process has been a key factor in their success and has allowed them to retain an impressive list of clients.

Your new role
As a Senior Project Architect you'll be responsible for coordinating design teams and delivering a range of exciting and technically challenging projects. You'll host design team meetings and regularly visit sites to review progress feedback information to your team.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced Architect and be able to carry out the full range of architectural services. You'll have experience leading design teams and running a range of projects. You'll have experience of contract admin and have a good working knowledge of current building regulations and CDM regulations. You'll have strong technical ability and be proficient in AutoCAD. A knowledge of Revit is desirable but not essential. You'll have access to a vehicle and possess a full UK driving license.
