Architect job - High End Residential - Immediate start - AutoCAD - West London

Your new company
You will be joining a bespoke West London based architectural studio. The founder of this company generates all new business purely on their reputation. You will be working on exciting and high budget projects for wealthy business people and high-profile figures - some of whom are billionaires!

Your new role
You will be joining this firm on a long term contract basis, at a minimum of 1 year, however, most likely 18-24 months. The studio has recently seen a high influx of work and has multiple ongoing projects. Some of the ongoing work consists of a penthouse refurbishment (£1.5m), adding a lift to a listed building (£500k) and a barn conversion on the East Coast (£1m).

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a qualified Architect and will have worked on other similar high-end residential projects. AutoCAD is used within this studio - so a high proficiency with this software is vital. The ideal candidate should be able work towards tight deadlines and will need to work collaboratively with the Design Director and the client. You will also get to go on regular site visits and contractor meetings.
