Senior Surveyor or Project Surveyor - Developer

Reporting to the Commercial Manager the role is part of a wider recruitment plan to increase the headcount of this residential development company to meet the needs of the growing pipeline of larger London and home counties residential led development. The position will allow swift development as the commercial team is focused on blocks not packages. Each surveyor will run a block, not package so they can learn and develop vertically not be stuck in a specialism. The business is very busy with 12 jobs on with 4 now on site, the largest site being a 900 unit development in SW London. The surveyors will likely be from housebuilder, contractor (main or sub) or possibly PQS however they must understand either direct delivery or CM to be able to make the transition from PQS.
