Junior Architectural Technician

Architectural Technician position to support the senior team with residential development projects in Watford.

Your new company

Based in Northwood near Watford, A small practice with a team of 5 working solely on repeat business from small to medium Residential developers on projects ranging from 20-60 units at a time.
The team consists of 4 Senior Architectural professionals both experienced Technicians and Architects.

Your new role

A Junior / Intermediate Architectural Technician with 1-2 years+ experience in practice is needed to support the senior team, You will be guided by the Senior technician leading the projects and given the chance to develop within the role. The small size of the team means there is a good opportunity to have exposure to all aspects of the role and seeing projects from concept through to completion.

What you'll need to succeed

Good experience with Residential projects within an Architectural practice would be ideal.
Strong AutoCAD experience.
Ability to work within a small team & assist on projects under senior leadership.
