Permanent Assistant Site Manager role, Nottinghamshire, Residential and Care Home sectors, New Build, £32k
Your new company
You will be working for an established developer / main contractor who undertake projects in the care home and residential sectors across the East Midlands region. The company have enjoyed a continued incremental growth and have established strong working relationships with key clients. They are now seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their ranks due to increased workload.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Site Manager you will; Ensure projects are delivered in relation to build programme, monitor and liaise with subcontractors, monitor health and safety on site and delivering tool box talks and health and safety training. Above all you will have a strong professional attitude and encourage the highest standards of build quality.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have experience as an Assistant Site Manager for a contractor that carries out both new build and refurbishment projects, specifically within the care home or residential field, however other projects may be considered. You will also need CSCS, First Aid, SSSTS/SMSTS qualifications and have strong IT skills.
