Fantastic new position for a client-side facilities manager!
Our client manages a portfolio of over 280 properties around London, including office, residential and retail.
The successful candidate will look after the delivery and budgets of building related services including maintenance, cleaning, security and environmental with focus on providing a safe working environment. You will be carrying out regular inspections of ongoing maintenance works and being aware of indirect works or other factors which may potentially affect the Estate physically or socially, identifying and resolving any issues.
The position has a strong positive focus toward internal and external relationships. There is a strong commitment to social responsibility and the wellbeing of the employee.
The ideal candidate will continually strive for improvement. You will have relevant up-to date knowledge and practical skills, able to maximise value through ideas and resources.
