Your new company
An established new build housing developer situated in Lincolnshire is looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to work closely with the Construction Manager, to help deliver the business plans across each site and development.
Your new role
Working across a number of sites in Lincolnshire, liaising with Site Managers, you will ensure that sites are adhering to HSE standards, stock levels are maintained and controlled, offices and welfare facilities are appropriate and maintained, construction quality meets NHBC and company standards and works are planned accordingly and on time. In addition you will produce regular reports, feedback to head office and sites on findings, verify weekly timesheets and record plant movements.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will hold SMSTS, CSCS Card (manager), First Aid at Work and ideally NVQ Level 5 or 6. In addition should you hold IOSH managing safely or NEBOSH General, this would be highly sought of, however not essential. You will have previous experience working within the residential development sector, with the ability to immerse yourself within a forward thinking developer.
