Quantity surveyor job
Progressive and well respected public sector institution require an experienced quantity surveyor.
Your new company
Hays are working with a local council who require the services of a qualified quantity surveyor to join their team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing all costs from the initial to final calculations. Your role will also involve preparing, negotiating and agreeing final accounts and contract charges. Being involved with the project from the start, you will ensure statutory building regulations are met and achieve the required quality and standards.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified quantity surveyor with experience within the construction industry. A candidate with a maintenance background would be preferred.
You will have the ability to independently run projects, working alongside the sub-contractors.
