Senior Valuation Surveyor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an MRICS Valuation Surveyor to become part of a new government initiative that is being rolled out across the North West starting in Lancashire.
Your new company
An ambitious tech company have been given the go ahead to provide super-fast wireless connectivity nationally, however starting with the Northwest and Lancashire being its first project. This company provide the infrastructure that delivers the wireless internet and require a number of specialist employees to fulfil the brief moving forward.
Your new role
As the Senior Valuation Surveyor you will be required to survey land and properties in set areas in Lancashire to identify suitable sites where a localised, networked transmitter and receiver steel mast can be situated, this will cover an area up to 3km, enabling users to join the network via a small aerial installed on the customer's property. Due to the sheer size of this project, in time you will need to recruit other surveyors to assist across Lancashire.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a MRICS Valuation Surveyor with proven experience of a varied background in Valuation work. The ability to not only work as part of a team, but to manage the progress of the team on the different surveying jobs is key. A full UK driving license in order to travel to different sites.
