Your new company
If you are looking to work with a company that values their clients, building high quality homes and delivering sites consisting of 3 to 30 units ranging in value from £500/£800k, using proven trades and good materials, with realistic build plans then this is the company for you. As Site Manager you will be joining a highly regarded bespoke house builder, on sites situated within a 1 hour radius of Rugby. Due to a number of sites planned in Leicester, Warwick, Coventry, Rugby and Northampton, they are looking to expand their management team.
Your new role
You will need to be able to effectively plan works on site, co-ordinate trades and material deliveries, uphold health and safety requirements and carry out site inductions. As Site Manager you must be a confident communicator, reporting to higher level management on progress, whilst managing client expectations. Your first assignment will be in Warwickshire, overseeing an upcoming bespoke development consisting of 10 detached homes, from inception through to completion.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will come from a trades background or have proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry. An eagerness and eye for detail will be essential, in order to meet the companies high expectations.
- S.M.S.T.S or SSSTS certificate
- First Aid certificate.
