Beach Baker is delighted to be working in partnership with this first-rate organisation and together we are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership for a flag ship, multi-tenanted site in the city.
Reporting the Regional Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for acting as principal contact for all tenants and onsite teams in providing a total facilities management service. You will prepare and present regular reports to the client on the property's condition and provide recommendations for improvements. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring full EH&S compliance and play a key role in the performance management of in-house employees and the onsite contractors. Working with the senior management team, you will prepare the annual service charge budgets and ensure controlled spending through the year.
This role requires a candidate with exceptional customer service skills as you will be responsible for dealing with all tenant requirements and issues. Our client is seeking a candidate with a proven background in providing facilities services within a large corporate environment. Extensive experience in report writing and budget management is essential.
