Facilities Management Consultant required to join a public sector estate based in Devon
Your new company
As a Facilities Management Consultant you will join a public sector landlord based in Devon who are responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvements of a large commercial property portfolio spanning across Somerset & Devon.
Your new role
Acting as a consultant you will be responsible for conducing a thorough audit of all Facilities Management related policies and procedures with regards to maintenance operations across the 100+ operational properties. This will involve updating and creating policies around asbestos management, legionella management and fire safety to name a few.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you must have prior experience in reviewing, writing and advising around policies & procedures for facilities management. You'll need to be able to work autonomously in the role and be able to communicate effective amongst stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an initial 3 - 6 month contract with an hourly rate of pay of up to £26.50 per hour. This is an ongoing piece of work which has a high possibility of either further extending, or, developing into a permanent role.
