Your new role
The successful candidate will be integral to all aspects of rights of light and daylight cases including liaising with both clients and Technical CAD team to establish the calculations needed and the impact of the potential build. You must also undertake due diligence and ensure all legal matters have been discussed transparently with the client.
What you'll need to succeed
My client is looking for an experienced senior surveyor concerning rights of light with a relevant degree or equivalent. The successful candidate will also have strong engagement skills with a personable approach that will create mutual trust and respect to engage the client.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a basic salary between £40-50K, which is dependent on experience, alongside a vibrant work environment which provides essential training to develop the successful candidate's skills and expertise within this scope of surveying. Discretionary bonus plus corporate benefits apply.
