Assistant Property Manager
Assistant Property Manager, NHS, Wales, Immediate Start, Circa £20 per hour.
Your new company
Your new organisation is an NHS provider and you will be joining the Estates and Facilities Management team
Your new role
You will be supporting on Land and Property as a primary role. Reviewing Land and Property information and developing the database to control all lease and licence agreements.
Liaise with NHS Shared Services Property team who will support with professional advice on services. You will update all lease and licence agreements including room occupation surveys and liaise with GP practices to agree service charges and rental payments.
You will also liaise with the finance department to create a cost code for all leased property and ongoing monitoring of property and lease costs.
Administration tasks relating to land and property matters including ensuring all legal agreements are updated and kept in suitable storage. Liaise with Solicitors, District Valuers, Valuation Agents and other organisations on all legal aspects of Estates Land and Property transactions.
Update of property business cards and council tax spreadsheets in conjunction with Finance departments.
Liaise with the local authority which can include the attendance at property asset meetings
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a background in Property Management and able to work under minimal supervision and in a team environment to meet deadlines. You will be confident with IT and able to develop systems and create databases and provide reports where necessary including Microsoft Excel and Access. Able to schedule and prioritise workload. You will also need to pass the relevant compliance checks and access to a vehicle/full driving license.
What you'll get in return
You will work 37 hours per week on a flexible working scheme and paid weekly through Hays. Hourly rate is circa £20 per hour, depending on how you chose to be paid. A new role in a warm and friendly team.
