M&E Clerk of Works
Permanent role for a Building Services Clerk of Works in Liverpool, working within the public sector.
Your new company

They work on listed buildings, contemporary properties and complex laboratories. With over 300 buildings, this organisation will keep you busy.
Your new role
This is a great opportunity for someone to work on a variety of properties and have a significant input into them. Your role will be to oversee consultants and contractors on site working for the organisation to make sure that the projects are delivered to the correct standard and within budget. As M&E Clerk of Works it will be your responsibility to ensure that M&E services are correctly commissioned and any issues are identified.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be HNC or Degree qualified within building services or equivalent with previous experience working as Clerk of Works. As you will be reviewing designs and specifications you will need to have a good eye for detail along with good report delivery skills. As this organisation works on NEC contract previous experience working on these contract is highly desirable.
