Your new organisation are recruiting for a Pre-Planned Maintenance Coordinator to join the team in their new office in Birmingham. Your new role
As a Pre-Planned Maintenance Coordinator you will encompass the delivery of key tasks, with a focus of this role being the deliverance of excellent customer service through open, courteous and friendly communication. You will ensure PPM requests are complied with and completed in a timely manner. You will actively promote the interests of the customer by providing an informative, helpful service to all callers. For this role their will also be some administrative duties such as dealing with filing systems, incoming and outgoing mail, distributing faxes and completing paperwork. This role is a Temporary to Permenate contract.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have extensive customer-facing experience. You will have worked in a similar office environment within facilities management or have an understanding of FM. You will be able to use all types of technology; phones, computers, scanners, faxes etc. You will be well organised and prepared to be flexible with your approach.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary up to £19,000 per annum.
