A well-established and award winning construction and property provider are recruiting for a Project Manager to manage an high calibre FM contract within Staffordshire. Your new role
As a Project Manager you will take overall responsibility for projects, minor works programmes and asbestos management plans on the contract, whilst maintaining and developing effective working relationships with the operational and customer services teams. You will develop and maintain third party relationships with key business unit representatives within the organisation and third party stakeholders. You will develop and maintain an overall project plan ensuring that the necessary resources are obtained. You will establish and maintain effective customer relationships whilst coordinating and reporting minor and remedial work activities.
What you'll need to succeed
For this role you will have proven experience in delivering projects and will hold a minimum of P405 Asbestos Management qualification. You will have experience in the management of asbestos including coordinating removals and up keep of management plans. You will have had direct responsibility of staff and will be able to demonstrate dealing with performance management.
