Your new role
As a result of new residential projects being realised and an upcoming departure, your new employer require experienced skills to support them in this area. The projects you will be involved in are small to medium scale residential and a hotel. You will collaborate alongside other Architects, Assistants, Directors and Associates on the projects, showing ability to both design and technically detail.
What you'll need to succeed
You should show exceptional communication skills with a personable and friendly nature. Experience in taking a calm and confident approach to client-facing is a real benefit. The ideal candidate should have an obvious passion for a design-led approach and above all, be creative, with an impressive portfolio to highlight both your computer and hand-drawing skills ideally. Revit, AutoCAD and Microstation fluency would all be highly sought after but Revit training can be provided, if necessary. An essential requirement is proven experience working on small to medium-scale residential projects in the UK.
