Health Sector Project Lead
Can be based out of London or one of their many offices in the South East
Chartered Building Surveyor required to join a newly appointed Healthcare project team within the London based Building Surveying team of this leading global consultant.
The Building Surveying team has a rapidly expanding profile enjoying continued success providing a broad range of services under a number of central government frameworks as well as working on a variety of major commercial and public sector projects ranging from large scale refurbishments to one off professional services and TDD instructions.
In this role you will act as the lead Building Surveyor on a programme of minor capital works for the NHS in 2 Geographical Areas, undertaken in various live healthcare environments, undertaking the PM / CA role throughout with project values typically between £50k - £200k.
The opportunity provides an excellent opportunity to manage a Public Sector Framework, on a newly acquired project.
Applicants must have a Building Surveying degree, have experience of managing projects, a good understanding of current legislation and Building Regulation, and be Chartered, MRICS/MCIOB/MIAT. Ideally, you will have healthcare knowledge of HTM’s and HBN’s. Travel around the South East of England is required to carry out this role.
You will have experience of working with JCT contracts and possess CAD skills and NBS spec writing as they are essential requirements.
