Leading UK property and construction advisor is seeking a qualified construction professional with a minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience in the Cost Management of construction projects at a senior level in one or more of the following sectors; Retail, Commercial, Distribution and Residential / Mixed Use sectors.
You will lead and take responsibility for the performance of the Cost Management team on specifically allocated accounts or work-streams.
You will have an excellent knowledge of the development process from inception of the project through to the successful delivery and commercial close-out, specifically the requirements for Cost Management as part of the overall process.
You will be able to successfully negotiate and substantiate all aspects of the commercial management of construction projects and programmes.
You will be able to effectively support the allocated Cost Management team in their duties and to be the first point of reference for that team on all technical matters.
