  • Provide the board with "Finance Director" calibre advice on commercial, operational and financial risks and opportunities and make recommendations on appropriate courses of action.
  • Manage the Business Planning and Model update process strictly in accordance with the requirements of the Financing Agreements and each investors, s.
  • Ensure that the financial models reflect contractual, statutory, regulatory and commercial provisions.
  • With the General Manager, present the Business Plan and Model Update to each board for approval.
  • Secure funder approval of the updated model and deliver shareholders returns as expected.
  • Prepare the annual operating budget and present this for board approval.
  • Deliver the annual budget to the funder(s) in accordance with the requirement of the Financing Agreements.
  • Ensure documented financial controls and segregation of duties are appropriately in place for each fund
  • Manage the preparation of monthly management accounts, then prepare the finance report and present at board meetings.
  • Manage the production of the annual statutory accounts in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Manage the preparation and the appropriate filing of unaudited interim accounts, as required.
  • Manage all financial reporting requirements of each fund, including the relevant Stock Market Reporting and Disclosure requirements .
  • Manage retail banking relationships.
  • Manage the drawdown and repayment of each units funding facility, and the reporting requirements of its funders and the monoline providers as required.
  • Ensure effective and compliant treasury and working capital management in order to maximise shareholder returns and minimise risk.
  • Support the commercial development of our client.
  • Actively participate in the finance department specialist working groups.
  • Deputise for the General Manager and provide finance support to all operational staff as required.
  • Provide commercial support to each General Manager in order to maximise returns and minimise risks to shareholders.
  • Provide line management support, training and development of junior team members.
