A HSE Advisor to join a leading UK Construction Group on a prestigious project at Salisbury Plain (Wilts).
Your new company
My client are part of a leading UK construction and regeneration group. With revenue of over £2 billion, they operate across 6 divisions: construction & infrastructure, fit out, property services, partnership housing, urban regeneration and investments.
My client design, build and sell new homes, but they also do so much more. The company provide finance for land purchasing and have a division dedicated to refurbishing and maintaining homes and communities across England, Scotland and Wales.
Your new role
My client are looking for a hardworking and committed Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor to support, advise and guide their site operations. You will support the HSE Manager working on a key MOD contract at Salisbury Plain in Wiltshire. This is a permanent role covering 1 of 3 sites based in the area.
You will report directly to the Project Manager and HSE Manager for the 3 sites, ensuring the company deliver their contractual responsibilities and meet the highest possible standards.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate should have a proven background in a similar fast-paced, construction environment. You must hold a NEBOSH Construction Certificate and a few years experience in the industry is desirable, but not essential as the line managers are willing to develop the right individual.
What you'll get in return
A market-led salary of £35,000-£40,000 DOE plus a car allowance (£5,100) or company car, 25 days holiday + BH's and company pension.
