Your new company
You will be working for a specialist organisation in East London who are responsible for the management for a portfolio of properties predominantly within the East End of London. They are specialist HA organisation that focuses on supporting those who are vulnerable and in need.

Your new role
To manage and deliver effective property & property-related services for the Associations stock and be responsible for all aspects of repair, maintenance, facilities management, improvement and property asset management within the organisation. You will be there to manage all the day to day building services are maintained in an effective and planned way and to be involved in the long term planning of all repairs from the small to the large. You will also be responsible for being the lead on all property services and related facilities management teams. Your key goals will be to ensure that all aspects of these activities are achieved and as a result the happiness of those occupying the buildings is a constant.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be qualified in some area of building services (electrical, mechanical or gas) and you will have a minimum of 3 years managing building services including planned and responsive maintenance programmes in a HA context. You will also be able to demonstrate experience of successful project management in multidisciplinary teams. A strong knowledge of all relevant health and safety and compliance legislation is a must. You will be a hard working individual and a strong leader with the ability to manage a team and ensurer that all SLAs and KPIs are met. You will be driven with a keen desire to succeed.
