They are looking to expand their team with a Chartered Building surveyor - to support them through their consistent business growth and increasing client demand.
Your new job role
The job role will be based in the Guildford head office and will involve travel into and around London.
Responsibilities will include all aspects of residential property surveying.
Your day to day tasks will involve carrying out pre-acquisition surveys and providing advice around maintenance
and repair costs.
You will be required to assess and identify building defects, advise on Party Wall Awards, including Schedules of Conditions.
You will be responsible for monitoring the standard and quality of repairs, ensuring rectification is completed if necessary and will be responsible for Quality Control throughout any building projects.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job you will need to be a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS) with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience.
You will need to be a pro-active, motivated and organised individual with great time management skills and a keen attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively and professionally with both clients and colleagues alike, with the desire to develop strong relationships with both parties.
You will need to take pride in your work and of your role, as you will be representing the company and upholding the brand values and core principles through your work.
