Your new company
This is a well recognised, well respected, leading consultancy with City Centre offices is undergoing extraordinary growth, with the Building Surveying team already having hit their 2019 target in 3 months.
Working across large key accounts with various investment funds and well known blue chip companies, you will cover commercial and industrial sectors across the North.

There is a real emphasis on cooperation, team work and a one-company mentality, the environment is supportive, collaborative and nurturing. Everyone works together to bring work in for the organisation as a whole, rather than individual performance being the top measure.

They are signing new works all the time, with enquiries continuing to come in despite Brexit - they are expecting this to continue and will keep growing throughout 2019 and onwards.

Your new role
You will be providing essential Building Surveying duties to the clients mentioned, looking after your own projects, your own clients and your own workload. You'll be expected to deliver projects on time and within budget, to the highest degree of quality.
A major element of your position as a Senior member of the team, is to be a leader in bringing new work in for the company - as such networking is a key responsibility, spotting commercial opportunities and capitalising on them.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be an easy-going team player, who is charismatic, confident and out-going. You'll have to be a successful leader and deliverer of projects already, and ideally have a track record of building lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

You will need to be MRICS qualified.
