General Practice Surveyor

Fantastic small consultancy near to transport links outside the City is looking for an ambitious GP Surveyor


Your new company
This is a well established small consultancy that has over 10 years of trading with national clients, winning repeat business with several well known brands, becoming experts in their specialist areas. Recently they have expanded their commercial offering, and now work with several local companies, handling all aspects of their agency, GP, building surveying and project management needs.

Currently at 12 people strong, they are about to undergo a rapid expansion plan, opening up progression opportunities for their staff, and a potentially lucrative opportunity for the company and employees as whole.

With a chilled out atmosphere, an output driven culture and a family orientated attitude, you'll see this as a grown-up office where supervision is kept to a minimum, meaning you really do get back what you put in.

The office is modern, open plan and airy, with on-site parking and within easy reach of the train station and the M60.

Your new role
This is a role for an all rounder that has experience at all areas of General Practice - you'll turn your hand to valuations, agency work, L&T, service charges and some smaller work churn projects such as lease agreements etc. There will be an element of business development, but as more of a supplement to your day to day, spotting commercial opportunities for repeat or extra business to expand the offering.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be an MRICS Surveyor from a professional environment, and ideally having working in small practice before. You might also be a disillusioned person working in a large consultancy and want to turn your hand to a more varied approach in a more relaxed environment. Either way you will need to demonstrate drive, a commercial mindset and a proactive attitude.
