M&E Project Manager

An end user client is looking for an M&E Project Manager to look after a portfolio of properties.

Your new company
This is a large end user client looking after more than £1 billion assets across the UK. With over 700 staff, they have grown from strength to strength and with a pipeline of over £1 billion it does not look like they will be slowing down anytime soon. Due to the number of projects and their complexity this company is now looking for an M&E Project Manager to come and join their team.

Your new role
In this role you will be working in a team environment, alongside design engineers, project managers and energy managers to deliver projects on time and to the desired standard.
You will use your technical expertise to develop specification, manage design and meet with the client. You will be working on a range of projects within the commercial, pharmaceutical and infrastructure sector where the value can range from £25k - £1 million.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working within Building Services Industry, specifically delivering and managing mechanical projects within commercial, pharmaceutical and infrastructure sectors. You will be enthusiastic about working in a collaborative manner and show an initiative on every project.
You will have a good knowledge of AutoCAD software and have a good understanding of NIC, F-Gas, Gas Safe, Site Health, CDM Regs and Asbestos.

What you'll get in return
In return you will secure a competitive salary of £35,000 - £50,000 depending on your experience.
