My client is a global leader in Property & Facilities Management. They work with a multitude of organisations on a local, national and global level, providing them with a market leading service. My client operate across a wide variety of functions including Real Estate Management, Hard FM, Soft FM, Project Management and Asset Management Services.

A new role has been created due to successful expansion within the business and looking to recruit a senior level Technical Services Manager to join the team, reporting into a Senior Director within a growing division. The role will be responsible for the overall management of the Technical Property Team based within a critical portfolio for a number of leading Blue-Chip clients located across UK wide portfolio. Key responsibilities will include incident management, EH&S essentials, country standards, practices, establish site knowledge and client reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with considerable experience of delivering operational and strategic M&E services within a customer focused environment. You will have experience of managing teams across a multi-site/multi-account portfolios. You will need to demonstrate your ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and external partners. You will have excellent oral, written communication and numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The role will suit a proven leader who has previous experience of working across a blue-chip/critical multi-site estate.
