Your new role

Based in Central London, you will be providing a valuable service for both residential and commercial projects performing inspections on sites and ensuring the developments comply with all relevant regulations. Another intrinsic aspect of the role includes developing strong relationships with clients and ultimately maintaining those already established.

What you'll need to succeed
Essential- MRICS/ MCIOB

This is a great opportunity for Building Surveyors looking to take the next step up in their career and want to join a company that is constantly developing. You will possess a strong knowledge of all relevant laws, including the 1996 Party Wall Act. You will also have gained strong Party Wall Surveying experience as a Building Surveyor or recently have worked as a Party Wall specialist.
