Independent construction consultant with a strong reputation across the UK built environment is currently seeking an Associate level Quantity Surveyor in their London office.
You will be comfortable running teams and project teams, be client facing and happy with cost planning, viability appraisals, monitoring developments for funders, post contract etc. across a broad range of sectors.
This is a role with succession planning in mind so there is the scope for this role to develop into a much bigger opportunity in the near future.
