Head of Technical

£30 to £40 Per Hour | 6 Months Contract | Peterborough

Your new company
A Construction Company in Peterborough is currently looking for a Head of Technical to support the current team. You will be helping with the completion of projects from both Education and Health sectors. With their workload growing, they want to hire a Head of Technical for 6 months, with a possibility of becoming a permanent part of the team at the end of the contract.

Your new role
As a Head of Technical you will be supporting the Business Improvement Manager to coordinate different departments: Design Management, Electrical Design, Product Development and Research and Development Department. Your job will be to manage the different teams and making sure the projects are delivered within their timelines and targets.

What you'll need to succeed
For you to succeed in this role, you will need experience in managing large teams, contractors 3rd parties and consultants. You will also have a background in Construction.
The ideal candidate is desired to also have experience with Modular Building and BIM.

What you'll get in return
Salary equivalent to £60,000 to £70,000 per year
6 months contract with a possibility to get a permanent position at the end
Annual 25 days of holiday, pro rota
