The Project Management team of this leading construction & property consultant is experiencing strong growth across Yorkshire and as such has an exciting requirement for a Project Manager to join the business at Associate level in Sheffield.

You will work on a wide range of fast paced projects, including refurbishments, fit outs, redevelopments and new builds that cover a wide range of sectors (Education, Healthcare, Sport & Leisure, Retail, Commercial and Residential).

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a pro-active Project Manager to take responsibility for providing project management services on a number of interesting projects in Yorkshire as well as leading a team of more junior Project Managers.

Client facing and engaging you will have solid experience of the management and preparation of projects from briefing / feasibility through to completion and post-handover; advising clients on developing procurement strategies; development of project risk management strategies etc as well as being the key support to the office Partner in running and managing the office.
