Your new company

You will be working for a leading international consultancy who are looking to expand the building surveying team with a building surveyor in Manchester. They are a multidisciplinary practice who deliver cost consultancy, project management etc. They work across a mix of sectors offering a varied workload.

Your new role
You will be responsible for working on a number of different refurbishment schemes which will cover education, commercial, retail, leisure, resi etc.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ambitious building surveyor with demonstrable experience contract admin, project management. You will have excellent client facing experience and able to work with different stakeholders.
