Quantity Surveyor, Bristol, £45-55k pa Plus Package

Your new role

You will look after the commercial delivery of construction projects within a reasonable distance of Bristol reporting to the Managing Surveyor. Generally you will be responsible for one large project at c£4-5m or a couple of smaller projects concurrently.

What you'll need to succeed

For the best chance of success with this role you will have experience in a commercial role within the construction industry. Ideally with some specific project experience in the refurbishment/fit out sector. You will have a genuine passion for construction and a track record of projects successfully delivered on budget.
