Project Manager/Building Surveyor - Developer/PropCo (Midlands)
I am searching for an innovative and commercially savvy PM/BS in the Midlands. You will be overseeing a unique set of projects which will test your ability to think outside of the box and work autonomously whilst doing so. Experience of managing large scale refurbishments of commercial premises into smaller units whilst maximising value and potential is needed. Retail experience is desired but not required.
£45k - £65k + benefits
