Building Surveyor

Building Surveyor 3 month plus temporary contract

Your new company
You will be working for a large facilities management company who provide a number of services across a range of market sectors based in Essex and be part of their estates team.

Your new role
As a Building Surveyor you will be part of the estates team and will provide maintenance, construction and technical advise to all areas based on a single site. You will be conducting condition surveys, defect surveys, writing the specification of works, feasibility studies, report writing and building inspections.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in a similar or related role, have exceptional technical knowledge and the ability to work on your own or as part of a team.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive rate of £25 per hour (negotiable). On site parking is provided as well as number of other facilities.
