Quantity Surveyor

A well known housing developer based in the East Midlands are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team due to an increase in workload and the need to expand the team.

This developer work across the Midlands and have a number of different types of developments that they work on including large volume developments to small bespoke developments. They have been in the housing market for a number of years and have been expanding and growing since they began. Ideally they are looking for someone who comes from a background in housing and who is looking to further their career with a well-known developer. You must be able to be responsible for the full scope of works including cost plans, tendering and valuations. Ideally you will also have experience working for a national developer or have experience in volume house building, and have the ability to manage up to 3 sites.
