Your new company

Our client is one of the regions leading property consultancies which develops estate and property for healthcare clients including Community healthcare trusts, acute hospitals, A&E hospitals and CCG's. They have 4 offices around UK and are actively looking to expand and grow their consultancy to a larger scale. Our client has a relaxed atmosphere with a family environment. They believe in clear communication and sharing knowledge and expertise within the teams while supporting each other, as well as treating all members of the team on equal levels.

Your new role

The role will be to work as a senior member of the team overlooking 3 Graduates, with an encouraging and supportive management style. The role offers excellent variety with every day being different; you will be visiting sites, attending meetings with both estates and trust boards, strategic planning and producing schedules. Their current client portfolio is regional, so you will be working in and around the Midlands Region. This position offers an opportunity to take on extra responsibility as you develop within the company and a chance to work across different teams- both locally and nationally.

What you'll need to succeed

Our client is looking for a personable and enthusiastic individual who is able to apply themselves to any challenge thrown at them. You will be confident in your abilities but keen to learn from others and share knowledge in line with the client's company culture. You will also need to be pro-active being able to display outstanding interpersonal skills, with a high level of attention to detail and self-discipline as a lot of times you will be working independently.

For this role it is required that you have previously worked in the NHS or healthcare background. Ideally you have completed a degree in building or a related discipline. Our client would ideally like you to be chartered, however it is not a pre-requisite so candidates who want to get chartered or are in process of their APC will also be considered.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a salary of up to £50,000 depending on candidate experience and will receive a generous package which includes:

  • Corporate benefits including gym membership
  • Car allowance up to 10% of annual salary
  • Holiday allowance
  • Pension contribution
  • Private medical insurance
  • Life insurance

My client offers the ability to be flexible with standard hours of practice and also offers the opportunity to work from home. The company dress code is relaxed and they regularly hold company-wide events, often including weekends away. They are looking to support a candidate in building a reputation and future career progression in constantly developing their career along with the business.
