Your new role

You will be working very closely with a well known client in Edinburgh to begin with, you will have a responsibility to manage perform the full building surveying technical role. The company will provide you with a range of work at various values in sectors once the initial workload is finished.

What you'll need to succeed

Good experience working for a consultancy or in a client-side role as a Building Surveyor, a good understanding and knowledge of the local market, experience with guiding junior staff through there APC and providing them the relevant support to progress their careers, extensive technical experience and various sector experience.
