A well established small works/ fit out contractor based in Liverpool are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team, delivering on fit out, small works, and joinery packages.

Your new role
You will take full commercial responsibility for the management of various small works and joinery packages from start to finish, including pricing variations and applications for payment.

What you'll need to succeed
You have experience working with for a sub-contractor or small works/joinery contractor.
