Your new role

The company is looking for a development coordinator to join the technical team based in Solihull. The role is to critique information received from other consultants to ensure optimum financial returns on all sites. You will need to develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineering consultants and other specialists. You must demonstrate a strong commercial commitment to maximising profit while remaining conscious of cost implications of design related decisions.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed you must have an excellent design ability and strong technical knowledge of planning, architecture and building construction. You will have experience in authority and utility design requirements together with associated legislation within the construction industry. Previous experience in assisting with delivering private and affordable projects and managing a number of complex developments concurrently.
