Multi-Skilled Plumber

Your new company
A Housing Association based in Nottinghamshire require a Multi-Skilled Plumber to aid their responsive maintenance for up to 8 weeks.

Your new role
As a Multi-Skilled Plumber you will be tasks with carrying out plumbing related tasks on both domestic and commercial properties including under/overground water services and heating, rainwater pipes, leadwork, guttering, drainage, soil stacks and sanitary fittings.

What you'll need to succeed
As a Multi-skilled Plumber you will be experienced in plumbing work across both domestic sites (commercial also preferably), this will include assessing faults, fixing and working with the general public and using power tools.
You will also have an NVQ or equivalent in Plumbing.
You will also be experienced in multi-trade work including joinery, plastering and other trade work where applicable.
You will also be compliant with the use of a PDA for reporting and receiving work.
You will be willing to undergo a DBS check.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a rate of up to £16 per hour, usage of a van whilst at work and potential for 8 weeks work.
