Experienced plumber opportunity available for experienced plumbers within social housing.

Your new company
Your new company is an established housing association in Preston requiring plumbers to work in multiple locations. Their housing stock is predominantly across Preston and East Lancashire area with a number of schemes planned for 2019.

Your new role
In your new role, working as part of a team and independently. You will undertake planned maintenance, installation, alterations and reactive maintenance across the area. Your role is mainly focused on plumbing, although all round multi skilled maintenance knowledge is required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience in a multi trade plumbing role and hold: City and Guilds Level in the trade or equivalent training and experience, C&G 6089/6018 (or equivalent); NVQ Level 3, including any other certificates you possess.
