BIM Process Manager - £24 to £27 p/h - Birmingham City Centre - ONGOING CONTRACT


Your new company
This exciting organisation within the public sector in Birmingham is looking to continue to lead the way in the use of BIM processes for design, construction and estate management. Having recently undergone some multi million pound invest programmes they are now looking to add a new member to the team in the form of a BIM process Manager.

Your new role
The BIM Process Manager role is to lead the BIM functions and ensure alignment across the Space Management team. You will be required to work within the BIM environment using Revit, BIM360 and SharePoint. IN this role you will also work with the Space Manager to maintain accurate records of space and assist in the delivery of reporting information to aid decision making.

What you'll need to succeed You ideally be educated to degree level and have or be working towards professional chartership status in an appropriate Professional field, such as RIBA, RICS or CIAT You will need to have excellent commination skills and be able to manage small teams. A minimum of 2 years BIM project management experience is required.
