Job Details
Capstone are recruiting on behalf of a national property and construction consultancy for an Intermediate or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London team.
This consultancy is multi-disciplinary providing: building surveying, cost management and project management services UK wide from their 6 offices. Predominately known for their presence within the commercial market, they also work within residential, education, hospitality & leisure, industrial and historic sectors.
The role:
You will be joining the team of 3 quantity surveyors, answering into the Director of Cost Management. You will have pre-contract and post-contract duties initially dealing with a key commercial client in Hertfordshire. You will be involved in other education projects, as well as supporting with fund monitoring work, RCAs and business development. If you are working towards your APC, there will be provisions made to ensure you complete it in a timely manner.
About you:
- Quantity Surveying degree and MRICS status or working towards
- Minimum 4 years professional quantity surveying experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Client-facing, ambitious and articulate
- Eligible to work in the UK.
