We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager who wants to take their career to the next level and benefit from home-working with nationwide travel.
Working with support from the CEO, you will be responsible for:
- Formulating and executing asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, optimising income and realise the highest value of our assets.
- Responsible for the overall positioning of assets as well as the enhancement of cash flow and asset value; preparing and managing annual budgets and monthly reports to investors, which cover the financial performance of the asset and property valuations.
- In addition, you will work closely with the Director of Facilities Management to ensure that the assets are properly maintained, managed and compliant with regulations while building strong relationships with customers (i.e. Universities) and coordinating with external parties like local authorities, brokers, etc.
- You will collate and maintain all due diligence in respect of the assets. Other responsibilities include managing market intelligence and collating global market/industry information to ensure competitiveness of the Company's products and services, as well as assisting in building investment cases for the acquisition of potential development sites and existing assets. The successful candidate will also be required to support the wider team in:
- Transaction/exit management activities including due diligence
- Debt financing activities and related reporting
- Capital raising activities and related reporting
To succeed in this role, you should be a good team player, possess a high level of initiative, hands-on, resourceful and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Circa £60-75,000+Package.
