Fantastic Project for ambitious Site Manager/Project Manager to deliver in the heart of Edinburgh.

Our client are a well established builder developer based in Edinburgh who have delivered multiple successful projects across the commercial construction space in the Central Belt. Having just won a large heavy refurbishment project with a premium local client they are seeking the services of an experienced construction site manager to deliver this project.


Your new role

As Site Manager you will be fully responsible for the successful delivery of the project ensuring the operational targets of the project are met from both a quality and programme perspective. You will be onsite at all times managing and directing your team of direct labour and experienced subcontractors. From answering questions on technical issues to managing site health and safety you will be the key person in the successful delivery of the project. Reporting to an experienced project manager and with a strong team around you this project in the heart of Edinburgh will be a great addition to your project portfolio.


What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be from a trade background and be highly experienced in the delivery of refurbishment and new build construction projects. You will understand how to deliver a complex project in a timely and safe fashion delivering a strong product to your demanding client. Experience of working on large and complex M&E packages will be highly regarded along with an understanding of working on student accommodation projects.

An excellent salary will be paid to the right candidate along with car allowance and other benefits and perks. This project has a 15 month programme and will see you busy until the back end of 2020.
