Your new company
A leading regional contractor are looking for a quantity surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. This business are based in Merseyside and have a varied pipeline of work across the region that includes new build housing, apartments and small works schemes for public bodies including the NHS and various other local authorities. Turnover sits at £20m and they are a well established privately owned contractor with an excellent reputation for delivery.

Your new role
This business have opportunities for Assistant or experienced Surveyors to join their team, and are flexible on a job role to suit your level of experience. Experienced candidates will work either in their small works team or on larger new build projects ranging up to to £10m.

What you'll need to succeed
You have some commercial experience, either at assistant, intermediate or senior level and have worked across new build or small works projects before.

What you'll get in return
