Mobile Maintenance Operator based in the Taunton area covering Devon and Somerset.


Mobile Maintenance Operator - £27,600+ All tools and van provided

My client is looking for a skilled Multi Trade operator to work for a not-for-profit organisation based in the Taunton area

You new role will consist of being issued work by the Maintenance Manager, visiting properties at appointed times, Investigating faults, sourcing materials and undertaking repairs maintenance or improvement works in a workmanlike and competent manner internally and externally in varying weather conditions.

To succeed in this role you will have come from a trade background but be able to deal with the customer or client as you will be working in occupied properties as well as void. You will be happy to work alone or as part of a team including contractors and specialists. Must be forward thinking have a problem solving mentality and be able to adapt to any job to provide a top service for the client. An out of hours service is offered to the clients so answering telephone calls and determining whether a visit is needed out of hours is part of the role and operated on a rota system.


In return you will receive a competitive salary of £27,600 plus 25 days holiday, you will also have all power tools and van provided along with any training that my client wish to put you through to help further your skills.
